Product Description : Reborn Premium Exterior Emulsion ( Acrylic) is the low-cost high performance paint . Based on a special binder composition ,it has excellent adhesion to different types of surfaces like plasters, asbestos, etc. Once the film hard dries , it exhibits excellent abrasion resistance. The satin smooth plastic finish and quick drying properly.
Applying Process :
1.New masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure completely.
2.Surface should be free from any loose paint dust or grease growth of fungus, algas or moss should be removed by wire brushing or water.
3.Patch holes and cracks where paint has been scrapped or is to be fill with crack filler material and allow it to dry.
4.Apply 1 coat of Reborn Acrylic Wall Primer.
5.Reborn Premium Exterior Emulsion 3 parts may be added to 2 parts of water and applied over well dried coating by brush with roller or spray gun.
6.A Gap of 4-6 hours should be given for re-coating.
7..Coverage : 90-120 sft . per 1 ltr. per coat depends on surface.
8.Shelf Life : 1 Year unopened container.
